2. Purchases & Payments
When you place an order, you affirm that all information you supply (name, billing and shipping addresses, payment method) is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Prices, product availability, and features are subject to change without notice.

 

3. Shipping & Returns
We ship primarily within the United States from Georgia. Shipping times may vary based on your location. Please review our full Shipping & Returns policy on the site for details.

All materials on this website—inclusive of logos, artwork, product photography, digital downloads, and written content—are owned by Talmida. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the content without our prior written consent.

Talmida is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use our site or products, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or other intangible losses.

6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States of America, without regard to any conflicts of law provisions.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide order records, delivery confirmation, tracking information, and communication history to the payment processor to resolve the dispute.

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and encourage customers to contact us directly at hello@talmida.com before filing a chargeback so we can assist promptly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in the refusal of future service.

 

9. Force Majeure

Talmida shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control. These events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, equipment failures, labor shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will make every reasonable effort to fulfill orders and provide updates if such events occur.
