SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At Talmida, we handle every order with care and integrity because this isn’t just merch, it’s ministry. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, fulfill, and support your order.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Talmida primarily fulfills orders in-house from our Georgia studio, where items are carefully printed, prepared, and packed with purpose.

Some products, such as mugs, notebooks, or select specialty items, may be fulfilled through trusted partners. Because of this, your order may occasionally be shipped from more than one location.

Processing times are estimates and not guarantees. During launches, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, fulfillment may take longer than expected. Thank you for your grace as each item is created and packed with care.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with details. Delivery after shipping usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on the product type, fulfillment location, and carrier.

Because some items are fulfilled from our studio and others from trusted partners, your order may occasionally arrive in multiple packages — but don’t worry, everything is tracked and on its way to you.

We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to help ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Costs

We keep shipping simple and predictable:

  • Flat-rate shipping: $8.50

  • Each additional item: $2.50

Since some items ship from our studio and others from our trusted partners, flat-rate shipping helps keep things fair and consistent for everyone.

From time to time, we offer special shipping promotions. Be sure to follow us on social media and join our email list for up-to-date promotions and all that’s happening at Talmida.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re a small business, and each order is printed or prepared just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a damaged or incorrect item.

Please review product details, sizing charts, and descriptions before placing your order.

If  Something’s Wrong

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Email hello@talmida.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief note describing the issue

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

If an item is damaged during shipping, please document the issue and contact the carrier as soon as possible. We are happy to assist you in resolving the situation and will work with you to determine the best next steps.

We cannot offer returns or refunds for sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Cancellations

Because most products are printed, prepared, or packed shortly after your order is placed, we’re unable to cancel orders once production has begun.

If you need help right after checkout, email hello@talmida.com as quickly as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist if your order has not yet entered production.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or weather-related delays. Once your order ships, tracking updates are managed by the carrier.

If your package appears lost, contact the carrier first with your tracking number, then reach out to us, and we’ll help however we can.
