Talmid (תלמיד) is the Hebrew word for disciple, student, learner.
Talmida (תלמידה) is the feminine form; a woman who learns by following Jesus closely.
Not perfect. Not polished. Just real women, learning as we go. That’s Talmida. Everyday disciples walking with Him, together.
What Talmida Means
You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

What We Believe
We believe Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. He is our teacher, our mentor, our friend, and our Shepherd.
We believe we can do all things through faith in Him, and that His strength meets us right where we are.

Our Mission
Talmida exists to help women follow Jesus in the middle of real life with simple, faith-filled pieces that point your heart back to Him. We’re learning and growing together, one step at a time, trusting that God uses ordinary moments to shape us into women who walk with Him boldly and with grace. And along the way, we encourage one another to live as disciples—sharing His love and His Word courageously, each in the unique way God has created us to.

How We Give
Every order gives $1 to ministries sharing God’s love and building His Kingdom. Right now, Talmida supports Global Frontier Missions, a movement of Christ-centered communities dedicated to mobilizing, training, and multiplying disciples to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of the least reached. Because generosity isn’t just something we do, it’s part of how we live our faith out loud. We begin by giving $1 from every order, and as Talmida grows, our goal is to shift into a percentage-based model so our generosity grows with us. As we grow, we look forward to supporting even more ministries sharing His love across the world.

FOUNDER OF TALMIDA
For a long time now, I’ve felt this steady pull to help build God’s Kingdom. It began several years ago when I found my way back to Jesus. I’ll share more of my story another time, because it’s bigger than a paragraph, just like most of ours are. But I will say this: He rescued me from a life where I was walking so far from Him, lost to the world, overwhelmed by distraction and sin.
Since then, I’ve tried to follow Jesus every day, growing closer to Him step by step. And along that path, the pull to do more kept growing— to join in the Great Commission, to help others know the same love that changed me. Talmida grew out of that place, right in the middle of my own messy, beautiful walk with Him.
Hey there! I'm Amy
It started with simple wearables. As an introvert, it felt like the easiest way to begin sharing His Word. But the more I created, the more I realized I didn’t want this to be just merch. I wanted it to be ministry.
So I began creating and curating Bible study tools and devotionals; resources to help women not only wear their faith but grow in it. As that grew, the vision grew too. I started imagining Talmida as a place where women walking with Jesus could gather, learn, share their stories, and pray for and encourage one another, even from behind screens.
Today, I’m building Talmida toward the vision I believe God’s placed on my heart: a place where women can walk with Jesus together, with simple resources and faith-filled pieces that support them along the way. Following Jesus isn’t about getting it perfect. It’s about choosing Him in the middle of real life — the busy moments, the quiet ones, and everything in between.
